Basic Funstions

Coordenador Comercial - O&G

Descrição da vaga
Gestão da equipe comercial para garantir que todas as tarefas foram concluídas e procedimentos respeitados;
 Emitir as tarefas semanais para a equipe comercial;
 Emitir, coordenar, dar entrada na documentação e garantir o cumprimento do plano de Proposta;
 Garantir que a avaliação seja realizada conforme as últimas Planilhas e os procedimentos da Technip;
 Garantir a realização e produção de análises precisas da proposta da concorrência para revisões, incluindo os principais diferenciadores e a disponibilidade da concorrência;
 Garantir que as planilhas estejam corretas, precisas e sejam aprovadas conforme os níveis da Technip;
 Garantir que as Aprovações de Saída sejam autorizadas (para contrato, seguro ou finanças, se aplicável);
 Garantir que as reuniões internas e externas sejam registradas em Ata. O Analista deve preparar e distribuir as Atas para todas as reuniões;
 Garantir que todos os Procedimentos de Proposta sejam cumpridos;
 Garantir que Revisões Executivas sejam organizadas e que a Gestão seja totalmente informada sobre a Proposta e a concorrência.
 Garantir que o documento de Proposta seja emitido e entregue com qualidade ao Cliente;
 Ter total controle do acompanhamento da Proposta;
 Garantir que os esclarecimentos sejam dados, com a aprovação da Gerência quando necessário, e que as negociações comerciais / contratuais sejam controladas através do Gerente de Propostas;
 Garantir que todas as aprovações necessárias para a aceitação de uma Obtenção de Contrato sejam recebidas antes da aceitação de uma Carta de Intenção ou Contrato do Cliente;
 Garantir que qualquer Contrato emitido pelo Cliente esteja conforme os acordos feitos na ocasião;
 Garantir que, na concessão de um Contrato, as operações sejam organizadas de modo oportuno e uma reunião detalhada seja feita com a Equipe do Projeto;
 Garantir que o Planejamento Fiscal seja cumprido;
 Substiuí a gerente comercial quando necessário

Competências e experiência desejadas

Inglês avançado (será testado);
Experiência na área comercial na área de O&G (preferencialmente);
Graduação completa em áreas relacionadas ao departamento, tais como Engenharia, Economia, Administração, etc.
Experiência em gestão,
Excel avançado,
Habilidades com números,
Facilidade de comunicação.
